My freinds keep telling me to start my own blog, so I thought I would try it out. What have the Larson's been up to this summer, well camping, camping and more camping, we started out the summer with the annual trip to Flaming Gorge, well let's just say a few weeks later then the annual memorial weekend because of the weather, then it was time for Young Womens Girl camp, for me and Makena, since I am the Camp director, and have been now for 2 years. A week later we were at Bear Lake, the kids had a blast. Then 2 weeks after that we were at Lake POWEL, I dont consider staying in a houseboat camping, but you do need to pack and upack. Then it was on to the opening weekend of the Bow Hunt, luckily Brett has yet to shoot anything
this year but there is still one more week for him, he leaves next saturday for a week, so I will keep my fingers crossed that he dosen't see anything. that was our summer, now the kids are back in school Makena is in seventh grade, Ashlee started 4th, and Hunter started 1st, yeah I have no kids during the day, except on monday and tuesday when I watch my sister Kim's youngest two girls while she is at work. here are some pictures of the kids on their firast day of school, I did not get one of Makena, she was to excited about school and left before I could even think about getting the camera out. but here is one of her a few weeks before posing for a snap shot to send to the Jonas Brothers, yes she is a die hard fan. Not only am I the camp director but I am also the assistent young women's sports director for our stake and vollyball season starts next Thursday, so I will be reffing for the next few months every thursday, then I will have a small break and basketball starts, Hunter just signed up for Flag football , since he is not quite old enough for tackle, and the girls start dance in two weeks so our life get's quite busy, when all these things start.
